Double check your address. We may not get your email before the item has been shipped. If a package is sent back to us, it will be at the buyers cost to reship the package

World Imports Bags & Luggage is in no way responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once is a package is marked as "Delivered", if lost, package needs to be claimed with your local post office, and/or law enforcement.
